No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. Please triple check your order/cart before completing your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery
In stock items should take around 2-3 weeks from the date of order to be delivered, so please keep this in mind when you order. Shipped via USPS with tracking number provided. International orders may take 4-6 weeks to arrive.

Pre-Orders
All pre-orders take 4-6 weeks for production from the time the drop ends, to be shipped. Before contacting us about your order, please check your receipt to see if your date falls within that time frame.

Tracking & Delays
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 15 business days, please contact us. Shipping labels may be printed early, but this does not mean your package has shipped yet.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If USPS marks your package as delivered, please contact your local post office or courier.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and any evidence you have. We'll correct that for you.

International Orders
We are not responsible for international taxes, fees, or customs charges - please research before purchasing. If your package hasn’t arrived after 6 weeks, please contact us.
